Michael Lewis has over 30 years of experience in construction, project management and computerized systems development. His project background ranges from industrial, public works and military projects to commercial, residential and medical projects.

Mr. Lewis is a licensed contractor with years of hands-on experience in all phases of construction. Early in his career, in an attempt to bring more precision to the estimating process, he began developing his own computer applications to more accurately reflect the effects of material costs, design choices and scheduling decisions.

The resulting innovative software and systems tools comprise a core competence of A C & E services: Value Engineering --the ability to immediately analyze and/or update project costs and timelines and to determine the day to day as well as the overall project impact of every project decision or revision.

Mr. Lewis' consulting services have included schedule preparation, cost-schedule integration, cost projection and containment, construction performance evaluation and defect inspection and submittal package development.

The software created by Mr. Lewis enables A C & E to provide detailed project planning, monitoring and analysis, ensuring clients cost-effective and timely services and projects.
